Privacy policy

We only collect what you choose to send us. We use it to reply and to work with you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.

Contact and enquiry forms

Your name, email or phone number, the service or product you're asking about, and your message. It's saved in our database and emailed to our team, and we send you a confirmation email.

The AI assistant

Your messages are sent to our AI provider, Groq, to write the replies. We don't keep the conversation, so please don't share anything sensitive in the chat.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Site statistics

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and check that pages load fast: the pages viewed, the site you came from, your country, and your device and browser type. They use no cookies and don't identify you.

Spam protection

Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. These records delete themselves within minutes.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch the site's language, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, run the projects we agree on, and keep the site working well. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Vercel (hosting and site statistics), MongoDB Atlas (our database), our email delivery provider, Groq (the AI assistant) and Meta (WhatsApp). They process data only to provide their service to us, and some of them are based outside Egypt.

We keep enquiries while we're talking with you and for the length of any project that follows, then delete what we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@drava-studio.dev and we'll take care of it.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
